Who is the calendar suitable for?
For all riding and horse enthusiasts - regardless of riding style.
From what age is the calendar suitable?
The calendar itself has no age limit. However, we recommend it for all horse enthusiasts aged 10 and over so that they can make full use of the products it contains.
Which products are included in the advent calendar?
The HORSEBRANDS Advent calendar contains a large selection of high-quality products from top brands and insider labels in the categories of equipment, care, fashion and lifestyle.
Why do I have to specify a size? Which size do I have to specify?
The absolute highlight in the calendar is a fine leather halter from ARO EQUI. To ensure that the fit and look exactly match your four-legged friend, you must specify the size and color of the halter that your horse/pony needs. You can choose between the sizes SHETTY, PONY, COB, FULL and XFULL. You also have the choice of whether you want a brown or black halter.
What payment options are available?
You can pay for the calendar via PayPal, Klarna PayNow or credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express).
Until when can I order the calendar?
The Advent calendar can only be ordered while stocks last. In previous years, the calendar has sold out very quickly, which is why we recommend that you order the HORSEBRANDS Advent calendar as soon as possible.
Will there be a re-production of the calendar?
No, the calendar will not be re-produced.
How long is the delivery period? When will I receive the calendar?
Ordering the calendar is a pre-order. We will of course send you an order and payment confirmation so that you can track the current status of your calendar at any time.
The calendars will be sent by DHL from the end of September.
Can I return or exchange the calendar?
It is not possible to exchange the calendar. A return is only possible if the calendar is undamaged and no door has been opened. Products that were purchased together with the calendar through discount campaigns must of course also be returned in this case.

The calendar weighs approx. 8 kg and measures 59 x 69 x 13 cm (height x width x depth). This is enough space to safely store all the products.
