1. General information and scope of application

1.1 Horsebrands GmbH operates an online shop (hereinafter referred to as "Horsebrands Shop"). Customers are offered goods for purchase via this online shop.

In addition, Horsebrands GmbH operates a shopping community (hereinafter referred to as "Horsebrands Deals"). Members are offered goods for sale in promotions limited in time and quantity.

Business transactions and deliveries are exclusively subject to the following General Terms and Conditions. All contracts concluded on the basis of the offers on our Internet shop pages are based on these General Terms and Conditions, whereby the following provisions provide for partially deviating regulations for our shops under Horsebrands Shop and Horsebrands Deals.

4 Contractual partner, language and conclusion of contract

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1 For orders in our online shops,

5.2 We charge shipping costs of 4.95 euros per order for both Horsebrands Shop and Horsebrands Deals. Orders with a total value of less than 15 euros are not possible. For goods that have to be shipped as bulky goods or by a forwarding agent, the shipping costs may vary in individual cases. In such cases, this will be indicated directly on the product pages. There are no shipping costs for the dispatch of Horsebrands vouchers by e-mail.

5.3 Please use the online registration function in your customer account to return a parcel. There you will receive a shipping label with which you can hand in the parcel at any post office or DHL packing station. 6. Payment

6.1 Horsebrands offers the following payment methods:

We reserve the right not to offer individual payment methods and to refer to one or more other payment methods.

6.2 We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In order to prevent unauthorised access to your data by third parties, Horsebrands GmbH uses state-of-the-art encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a standard protocol recognised on the Internet that guarantees secure data exchange. All order data, including your credit card details, are transmitted to Horsebrands GmbH exclusively in encrypted form.

6.3 When paying by SEPA direct debit, the customer authorises Horsebrands GmbH to collect the amount from the specified account. Payment by SEPA direct debit is only possible from German bank accounts. Please note that we only accept incoming payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). We do not accept money transaction costs from non-EU member states. If the payment cannot be made for reasons for which the customer is responsible (e.g.: incorrect account number/IBAN, insufficient funds in the account), Horsebrands GmbH reserves the right to charge the customer any third-party fees incurred.

6.4 Horsebrands GmbH collects the invoice amount directly after receipt of the order from the customer's bank account, PayPal account or credit card. In the case of SEPA direct debits, the period for advance notice is reduced to up to 5 bank working days for first-time direct debits and up to 2 bank working days for recurring direct debits.

7. Vouchers

7.1 Each voucher/voucher code, hereinafter referred to as "voucher", is only valid for the period specified at the time of issue or for a specific promotion. An extension or transfer to another promotion is not possible. The voucher conditions such as validity period or minimum order value (purchase price incl. 7.2 Only one voucher can be selected and used per order process. A combination of several vouchers is not possible.

7.3 If the value of the retained goods falls below the minimum order value due to a subsequent product cancellation or return of goods, the refund amount is reduced by the redeemed voucher value. In the event of a return or cancellation, the voucher amount will not be refunded.

7.4 In the event of a complete cancellation, return or non-delivery of the goods, goodwill vouchers are automatically reinstated under the same conditions (value, minimum order value, expiry date or promotional reference). Vouchers from marketing campaigns will not be reinstated but will expire. 8. Rules for vouchers purchased via Horsebrands Deals

8.1 After a successful order, the voucher will be sent by email to the email address you have specified in your Horsebrands account.

8.2 All vouchers are provided with unique code numbers, which the partner compares with a list available to them when the voucher is redeemed. The voucher is transferable. Duplication, editing or other manipulation of the vouchers is not permitted.

8.3 Horsebrands reserves the right to pass on the stored data to the respective partner and to take legal action in the event of justified suspicion of unauthorised duplication.

8.4 Unless otherwise stated, each voucher can only be used once with the partner. If the voucher amount is not used up in full or the service is not utilised in full, the unused balance shall be forfeited. A refund or cash payment is not possible.

8.5 Unless otherwise stated, the voucher does not grant any entitlement to the utilisation of services or the purchase of goods at a specific time. We therefore recommend that the time of service provision be agreed individually with the partner.

8.6 If a period of validity is noted on the voucher, the voucher can only be redeemed with the Partner within this period of validity.

8.7 Horsebrands shall ensure together with the Partner that the Partner redeems the voucher, i.e. provides the services in accordance with the Partner's terms and conditions set out in the voucher.

8.8 The contractual partners for the voucher purchase and the service securitised in the voucher are solely the customer and the respective partner. 9. Delivery

9.1 For Horsebrands purchases: The delivery time is between 2 and 4 working days.

9.2 For purchases at Horsebrands Deals: If the full invoice amount has been credited to our account, we will dispatch your goods two to four weeks after the end of the sales campaign. As delivery times also depend on suppliers and manufacturers, earlier delivery is not possible. We will point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page or by sending a separate email.

9.3 The goods on offer are only sold in normal household quantities and only to end consumers of legal age; it is therefore not possible to show VAT separately.

9.4 We do not assume any procurement risk, not even in the case of a purchase contract for generic goods. We are only obliged to deliver from our stock of goods and the delivery of goods ordered by us from our suppliers.

9.5 The obligation on our part to deliver shall not apply if we ourselves are not supplied correctly and on time despite a proper congruent covering transaction and are not responsible for the lack of availability.

11. Costs and information on returns in the event of cancellation

14 Environment and waste disposal

14.1 Please do not dispose of batteries in household waste

Used batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances must be disposed of properly at the public collection points of the municipalities or at a retailer.

Batteries containing harmful substances are labelled with the chemical symbols Cd for cadmium, Hg for mercury and Pb for lead.

14.2 Please dispose of old appliances properly

Every consumer is legally obliged to dispose of old appliances separately from household waste and hand them in at the local recycling centre, for example. Old electrical appliances are accepted there free of charge. This ensures that old appliances are properly recycled and negative effects on the environment are avoided.

14.3 Disposal of lamps and light sources

Compact fluorescent lamps, metal halide lamps, fluorescent tubes and neon lamps may contain small amounts of mercury. These must be disposed of at a local recycling centre or at a hazardous waste collection point. Avoid skin contact with damaged lamps.

LEDs do not contain any harmful substances. However, they should be disposed of at a local recycling centre.

Incandescent bulbs and halogen lamps do not contain any harmful substances. These can be disposed of with household waste.

15. Storage of the contract text

The GTC (General Terms and Conditions) can be viewed at both horsebrands.de and horsebrands.de/deals. Horsebrands.de does not save the GTC valid at the time of booking. You can either print or save the document via your browser (File>>Print).

16. Disclaimer for external links

Horsebrands GmbH refers on its pages with links to other

Any refunds will be made automatically to the account you used for payment. If you paid by direct debit, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made.
